The event has ended, but CDLAN’s commitment to accompany new organizations towards digital transformation continues

The IT Director Forum, the two-day event focused on the Information and Communication Technology market, has reached its conclusion. The 2020 edition was the most characteristic ever, given the situation and the restrictive measures related to the Covid-19, but it proved to be an opportunity for companies to start again, with the chance to get back in touch after a difficult period for many.

Although it wasn’t possible to experience the event in the suggestive location of the Grand Hotel Rimini, with the typical networking moments of the Richmond’s exclusive contexts, the digital format allowed us to be present in just two days in every part of Italy. We had the opportunity to deal with different organizations and to discuss about digital transformation within virtual sharing spaces.

There were also seminars and conferences, such as the opening speech “Being an inventor in 2020”, held by Cristian Fracassi, CEO of Isinnova and creator of the charlotte valve – used in sub-intensive therapies – which described how innovation can save companies and human lives.

Or the conference of Carola Frediani, journalist and cyber security awareness manager who, with her speech “Political economy of cybercrime”, has analyzed the phenomenon of cyber attacks, explaining how to defend themselves in an ecosystem that is constantly changing.
An intervention that emphasized the importance of prevention in cyber security, a topic that we often discuss with clients who require our DDoS mitigation service.

Thanks to Richmond who, in a short time, converted the event into a digital one and to all the delegates who chose to meet CDLAN.
