Network Manager Rif. NM2-2018

We are looking for a Network Manager to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. You will be in charge of a team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.

Network Manager Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability;
  • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, IDS, IPS);
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations;
  • Provid Level 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues;
  • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning;
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure;
  • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • 5/7-year experience proven network engineering;
  • CCNP or higher or vendor equivalent;
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS/VPLS, 802.11, QoS, VXLAN, L2TP);
  • Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model;
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools;
  • Diploma or University degree in Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineering;
  • Good Knowledge of English – Level B1 – B2.

Not required but really appreciated:

  • First hand experience with SDN implementation projects;
  • First hand experience with Extreme Network/EXOS MPLS/VPLS deploy;
  • First hand experience with Forcepoint/Stonesoft NGFW;
  • understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.

System Manager - Rif. SM2-2018

We are looking for a System Manager to build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will be in charge of a team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.  

System Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure;
  • Install, configure, test and maintaine operating systems, application software and system management tools;
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability;
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes;
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies;
  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks;
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems;
  • Provide 3rd level support;
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., Apache, Ruby, NGINX, MYSQL, PostgreSQL, Tomcat, JBoss, PHP);
  • Solid experience with cloud/containers orchestrators (e.g., Cloudstack, Openstack, Kubernetes);
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, KVM, Xen, Docker);
  • Experience with monitoring systems;
  • Experience with automation software (e.g., Ansibile, Puppet, cfengine, Chef);
  • Solid scripting skills (e.g., bash, Perl, Ruby, Python);
  • Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP);
  • Diploma or University degree in Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineering;

Addetto Help Desk - Rif. HD3-2018

Il ruolo
Gli obiettivi di ruolo dell’addetto Help Desk prevedono il monitoraggio di applicativi interni, la realizzazione di cross connect, la gestione dei ticket aperti dai clienti sia italiani sia stranieri e il supporto nelle attività office dell’azienda (es. configurazione computer, gestione stampanti, cellulari, reti ecc.)

Il profilo
Il candidato ideale è iscritto ad un corso di laurea in materie informatiche e/o di telecomunicazioni o possiede un diploma in informatica o in telecomunicazioni e una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1-B2). E' una persona affidabile, che rispetta tempi e regole, ed ha capacità di pianificazione. E' proattiva e orientata al risultato.
Punta inoltre alla crescita professionale in ambito network o di sistemi o di sviluppo, e vuole mettere solide basi per il suo percorso di carriera.
Costituisce oggetto di preferenza la predisposizione alla digital transformation.

Cosa Offriamo:
Contratto Part Time 24 ore settimanali su turni (idelamente 4 giorni di lavoro su turni da 6 ore). Il servizio è attivo 7 giorni su 7 24 ore al giorno pertanto è richiesta la disponibilità ai turni notturni.
